First session we will train together a body part of your choice and after training we will chat about your diet, nutrition and supplementation needs at no extra cost.

This includes everything contained in the Nutritional and Training package, plus 1 hour fortnightly sessions via skype that will provide you with all the information you need to step on stage. This will cover details on picking your show, stage presentation, tanning, etc. I will give you all the support and motivation to help you reach your fitness goals!

This program is for people that need to change their weight training exercises to help accomplish their goals.

  • Personalized weight training routine for each muscle group. (Muscle groups: legs, back, chest, shoulders, triceps, biceps, abs and calves.
  • Each routine includes the exercises, sets, reps and rest periods.
