Born in Johannesburg, SOUTH AFRICA, Dean has always enjoyed sports. From a young age he represented his school, club and even his province playing football, softball, cricket and kickboxing.

Fitness was a part of his everyday life but in Johannesburg at that time, so was violence and crime. Dean grew up being very knowledgeable about street activity going on around him.

Half-way through senior school he abandoned formal education but later returned to technical college and completed a trade engineering apprenticeship as a tool maker (qualified with a distinction) and then went on to complete a CNC Programming course.

After Dean and his girlfriend became victims of a shooting/hijacking & kidnap, as a young professional he decided that life had to be better on ‘the other side’ and decided to back pack through Europe, ended up in the UK and stayed.

Realising that fitness is where his true passion lied, he turned that into his profession….

“Dean has been extremely fortunate to compete all around the world and having the best trainers on the planet prepping him with the likes of Hany Rambod (currently the best trainer in the world), Eddie Abbew (an Olympic competitor) which means he has soaked up an immense amount of knowledge and as a result, is able to take his clients to what he calls “THAT PLACE” The reason why I can take my clients to “THAT PLACE” is because I’ve been there before. The only way to get to “THAT PLACE” is hard work, drive, determination and discipline”. Dean’s no nonsense approach means he gets the best out of every individual for their specific needs. When he’s not driving clients through epic workouts, you’ll also find him sharing expertise in top fitness magazines such as ‘Muscle and Fitness’ and ‘LA Muscle’.Dean Ash has been constructing winning physiques, not only on stage but for actors, dancers, weddings, any transformation. When Dean’s not changing peoples’ bodies he loves any extreme activity like skydiving, superbike racing, flying planes, self defence and Combat sports. If you always do what you always done you’ll always get what you always got.

CHANGE IS IMPORTANT!!IF YOU KNEW SUCCESS WAS A CERTAINTY, WHAT WOULD YOU ATTEMPT TO DO?

BE UNSTOPPABLE. BE POSITIVELY UNSTOPPABLE.
